PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent distortion and deviation of a holding mechanism due to influence of viscosity of an adhesive and to make adjustment accuracy higher and adjustment time shorter, in an optical pickup assembly system. SOLUTION: The optical pickup assembly system is for manufacturing an optical pickup in which an optical element and a photodetector element substrate are bonded by the adhesive and is characterized by having an optical element holding mechanism for holding the optical element, a photodetector element substrate holding mechanism for holding the photodetector element substrate and an ultrasonic vibration unit for giving ultrasonic vibration to the adhesive.
