PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head that can surely prevent a short circuit between a driving IC and driving wiring and to provide a liquid jet device. SOLUTION: The driving IC 120 is fixed on the driving wiring 130 formed on a surface of a protection substrate 30 by an adhesive 140 and the driving IC 120 and the driving wiring 130 are connected with a connection wires 151 consisting of bonding wires. Granular insulation materials 141 having certain sizes are mixed in the adhesive 140, thereby preventing the contact between the driving wiring 130 and the driving IC 120. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
