PURPOSE: Provided is an injection moldable safety shoes toe cap, which uses only non-metallic materials suitable to be used in an airport utilizing a metal detector, shows excellent impact resistance and wearing feel, and is incinerated without separation. CONSTITUTION: The injection moldable safety shoes toe cap is injection molded from a reinforced resin containing 100 parts by weight of engineering plastics, 30-65 parts by weight of glass fibers and 5-50 parts by weight of an impact modifier, integrally combined with a reinforcing fiber sheet comprising an elastic film to which high-density fiber fabrics or fiber mats are impregnated. The reinforcing fiber sheet is mounted on a mold first, and then the reinforced resin is injection molded, so that the reinforced resin is integrally combined with the reinforcing sheet.
