PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current-collecting device with long-term reliability capable of preventing a current collector from tilting toward the waviness of a trolley line in vertical and horizontal directions and touching it, thus wearing down an insulating cover of the trolley line without the need for enlarging the current collector device or increasing the number of parts. SOLUTION: In this current-collecting device comprising a shoe head having the current collector attached at its top end through a yoke; a pair of arms applied with spring forces for pressing the current collector upward against the trolley line; and an attachment fitting which supports the arms so as to rotate in a vertical direction through its vertical axis and so as to rotate in a horizontal direction via its horizontal axis and fixes the arms on a conveyance apparatus, the yoke supports a horizontal rotating shaft provided at a lower part of the shoe head so as to be rotated in the horizontal direction, and is supported at the arms so as to be freely rotated in the vertical direction with vertical rotating shafts orthogonal to the horizontal rotating shafts provided at both ends.
