PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-workable high-strength high-conductive copper alloy which does not impair an effect of so-called the 3rd element. SOLUTION: The easily-workable high-strength high-conductive copper alloy has component containing, by mass, 0.05-1.0% Cr and 0.05-0.25% Zr, and further, 0.01-1.0%, in total, of one or two or more among Zn, Sn, Mn, P, In, Mg, Fe, Ni, Be, Al, B, Co and Si, and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities, and a total amount of Zn, Sn, Mn, P, In, Mg, Fe, Ni, Be, Al, B, Co and Si contained in an inclusion of 2μmm or more of a particle diameter is≤5%.
