PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that a master can be prevented from sticking to or winding itself around a roller even though the master is of low strength with a thin support and a trouble with the removal of the stencil can be settled with high precision. SOLUTION: Twin stencil removal rollers 56 have an upper stencil removal roller 31 and a lower stencil removal roller 33 to be pressed into contact with the former and an impeller 32 with a plurality of resilient blades 32a is installed alongside the upper stencil removal roller 31 in the way that the former is synchronously rotatable. In addition, a release member 37 for coming into contact with the resilient blades 32a and scraping off the master 8d to be disposed of from the blades 32a is provided.
