PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing instrument for a race pigeon and the other birds and a curing method using the curing instrument for the birds, thereby inoculating Paramixo vaccine to the thoracic part of a racing pigeon and pigeonpox vaccine to the leg part, and surely and easily performing curing action such as medicinal dosage with the beak opened to give medicine from the mouth by oneself, giving no pains to the cured bird such as the racing pigeon subjected to curing, and applied to curing such as inoculation of New Castle vaccine of poultry or vaccine of fowlpox. SOLUTION: A base 1 inclined downward from the horizontal plane at a designated angleθon the head side of a bird (B) to be cured is provided in the inside position of a pair of right and left wall bodies 2 according to the form of the bird laid on its back or on its stomach, a cross rail 4 is provided on the upper part of the head side opening part 6 of the wall body, and the upper surface part of the rear part of the wall body is provided with a stopper 3 for preventing the bird B to be cured from being deviated.
