MOBILE COMMUNICATION TERMINAL COMPRISING MUSICAL INSTRUMENT TUNING FUNCTION AND ITS CONTROL METHOD

PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal comprising a musical instrument tuning function and its control method are provided to maximize usage convenience by executing a musical instrument tuning function easily without using an expensive tuning apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A codec(4) detects a frequency signal of a musical instrument(2) detected through a detection microphone(1) and then converts it into a digital signal. A MSM(Mobile Station Modem)(5) controls to compare the frequency signal of the instrument with a reference tuning frequency signal and then to display the measurement result as a tuning measurement display signal. A memory(6) stores a reference tuning frequency signal of the musical instrument according to a function control signal of the MSM. And a LCD panel(8) displays the tuning measurement display signal of the MSM to the external.
