PURPOSE: A hoop coil weighing apparatus is provided which measures weight of hoop coil and easily lay down the hoop coil so that the hoop coil is easily connected to support. CONSTITUTION: The hoop coil weighing apparatus comprises a measuring part comprising a base member(10) installed on the bottom of facility, a load cell(11) installed at the center of the base member, and a measurement plate(12) laid down on an upper part of the load cell so as to measure weight of hoop coil(100); and a conversion part comprising a rotation shaft(21) rotationally installed on a supporting bracket(20) at one side of the measurement plate and horizontally put on an upper part of the measurement plate, a driving motor(23) installed at the supporting bracket to rotate the rotation shaft, and a resting stand(26) installed on the rotation shaft and bent at a right angle so that the side surface of the resting stand is contacted with the curved surface of the hoop coil, wherein position of the hoop coil is converted from the vertical state to the horizontal state, wherein the hoop coil weighing apparatus further comprises a connecting part comprising hoop coil skid(30), driving cylinder(31), rotation shaft, connector(34), driving motor(37) and driving gear(38) to connect the hoop coil to the support, and wherein the apparatus further comprises a vertical cylinder(16) installed at four corner parts on an upper part of the base member, and a support(17) installed at the tip of piston rod of the vertical cylinder to support a lower part of the measurement plate.
