The invention concerns a mould for a composite material part, said mould being coated with a stripping product. The stripping product comprises: 100 parts by weight of a basic constituent consisting of a polydimethylsiloxane epoxide, from 0.5 to 10 parts by weight of a polymerizing agent for said basic constituent, consisting of a diaryliodonium salt, not more than 30 parts by weight of a release modulator, consisting of a silicone polymer, and not more than 40 parts by weight of an anti-sticking agent making the product less tacky prior to polymerization, consisting of a vinylether compound.
