HEADGEAR APPLIANCE WITH INTEGRATED CHINSTRAP APPARATUS AND MASK FOR BREATING DISORDERS

A system for treating sleep apnea is provided which includes a mask for delivering one or both pressurized air and oxygen to a user. A headgear appliance for retaining the mask to the user includes a sleeve. The sleeve includes a chin portion adapted to be held onto the chin of the user and a top portion adapted for positioning on the top of the head of the user. The top portion is integrally connected to the chin portion. A first strap is connected to a first part of the sleeve adjacent the top portion and a second strap is connected to a second part of the sleeve adjacent the chin portion. The mask is releasably fastenable to the headgear appliance by way of the first strap and the second strap.
