FIELD: liquid high-efficiency chromatography. SUBSTANCE: electronic channel of fluorimetric detector incorporates photoelectric multiplier, current-to-voltage converter, amplifier, multiplying digital-to-analog converter, analog-to-digital converter and microcontroller. Output of photoelectric multiplier is connected through current-to-voltage converter and multiplying digital-to-analog converter connected in series to analog input of analog-to-digital converter which digital input/outputs are connected by positions to inputs/outputs of first port of microcontroller. Outputs of second port of it are connected by positions to digital inputs of multiplying digital-to-analog converter.
