PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting blade made of a single-crystal material easily produced and having a sharp edge, a cutting tool, and a production method of the cutting blade made of the single-crystal material. SOLUTION: At least a predetermined surface side of an edge part of part of a single-crystal silicon plate 11 is etched so as to have a bevel with respect to the surface, the edge part is formed into a wedge-shaped cross section, and a surface on the bevel side of the edge part has a specific crystal surface.
