APPARATUS FOR BREAKING ALKALI BUBBLE

PURPOSE: A bubble breaking apparatus is provided to automatically crush the bubbles by simultaneously rotating bubble breaking rods and turbo impeller using driving motor after detecting generation of bubbles using sensor, thereby guiding bubbles in alkali solution circulation tank. CONSTITUTION: The alkali bubble breaking apparatus is characterized in that the apparatus is mounted on an upper part of an alkali solution circulation tank(500) with being spaced apart from an alkali solution(200) in a certain distance, and the apparatus comprises a bubble detection sensor(80) installed on an upper part of the alkali solution circulation tank to detect generation of bubbles(100); a driving motor(20) installed on an outer upper plate of the circulation tank; bubble breaking rods connected to rotation shaft of the driving motor and installed at the inner side of the circulation tank; a cover(30) for covering the bubble breaking rods; a turbo impeller(41) connected to the rotation shaft of the driving motor and installed at a lower part of the bubble breaking rods; a bubble guiding cover(40) integrally installed on a lower part of the turbo impeller; and a motor controlling computer(90) for starting the driving motor according to signals of the bubble detection sensor.
