PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of easily printing a material like paste on the basis of a required pattern when necessary. SOLUTION: In order to perform plotting-like film formation for forming/sticking a metallic film to a prescribed position of a base material, a film formation material obtained by dispersing composite metallic nanoparticles each of which is formed by combining/coating the periphery of a metallic nucleus consisting of a metallic particle whose average diameter is≤about 100nm with an organic matter into a solvent is discharged from a discharge tube so as to arrive at the base material. The relative movement of the base material and the discharge tube and the discharge speed of the film formation material are controlled so that film formation matched with a prescribed metallic film putting pattern can be realized. Then the organic matter is heated/evaporated by heating/sintering the put film formation material, and simultaneously a process for generating sintering or the like between the metallic particles and the base material is performed.
