PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless packet communication method for further improving transmission efficiency in the case of controlling communication in compliance with the IEEE 802.11 standard or the like. SOLUTION: In the wireless packet communication method utilizing a communication system comprising a plurality of slave stations and a master station each provided with a wireless communication interface, each slave station and the master station make data communication by using a wireless packet under the central control of the master station. The master station executes polling to provide a token to any slave station by using a control packet transmitted to the slave stations according to a prescribed control list and assigns a non-contention access period onto a time base in order to avoid the contention of packets transmitted for a plurality of the slave stations. The master station and the slave stations make communication for the non-contention access period by simultaneously assigning a downlink signal from the master station toward the slave stations and an uplink signal from the slave stations toward the master station to different wireless frequency bands from each other.
