PURPOSE: A maintenance machine for a vehicle is provided to reduce the installation cost and to widen the space for use by reducing the space for installation. CONSTITUTION: A maintenance machine for a vehicle comprises a body; a turning link(20) the base end of which is hingably combined to a side of the body and the tip of which has a pressing piece(22) pressing the side portion of a tire(2) to make the tire separated from a wheel(1); a turn table(30) forming plural depressed slots to the periphery; clamp units(40) slidably installed to the slots of the turn table, to fix a wheel(3) to the turn table; a stripping member(50) having a separation guide piece inserted between the wheel and the tire, to the lower end, to separate the tire from the wheel according to the rotation of the turn table; a rotating shaft(60) horizontally protruded on a side of the body; a driving motor rotating the turn table or the rotating shaft; a sensor connected to the base end of the rotating shaft, to sense circumferential eccentricity of the wheel by the rotation of the wheel; a control part(90) connected to the sensor, to detect the eccentric position; and a display part(100) displaying the eccentric position.
