<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 2-frequency common use electromagnetic coupling microstrip antenna comprising one feeder in a simple structure wherein spurious radiation is suppressed from the feeder. <P>SOLUTION: The microstrip antenna is provided with a first radiation system 21 comprising: a feeder 6 located at the lower side of a first feeder dielectric layer 5 and at the upper side of a second feeder dielectric layer 7, and sandwiched between both layers; a first ground conductor layer 3 located on the first feeder dielectric layer and having a first slot hole 3a; a first radiation dielectric layer 2 placed on the layer 3; and a first radiation conductor layer 1 on the layer 2, and with a second radiation system 22 comprising: a second ground conductor layer 8 located under the second feeder dielectric layer and having a second slot hole 8a; a second radiation dielectric layer 10 located under the layer 8; and a second radiation conductor 11 placed under the layer 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
