PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate difficulty for a person with the body motions not as he likes at easing nature by simplifying motions necessary for development and housing of a body supporting tool and compacting a housing space therefor in accommodation to a room structure of a multipurpose bathroom on the body supporting tool used on the front and comprising development and housing of the same by circular arc motions. SOLUTION: In the body supporting tool, an assist arm (6) is fixed on both end pin supports between an appropriate point on a slide shaft (2) and an appropriate point on an arm rest (4). The body supporting tool is provided with an exclusive mounting shaft (1) parallel to the slide shaft (2) via an end tool (12) and provided on a side wall face inside the bathroom, on a floor or on a rigid body made to extend from a ceiling by a mounting tool (11) to be fixed on the mounting shaft (1) at any position. Each of the mounting shaft (1) and the slide shaft (2) is allowed to rotate on each axis to be connected with the end tool (12) so as to be fixed at any angle. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
