PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit module which can reduce its size without necessity of separately providing a mechanism for fixing a case to a substrate and to provide a network apparatus. SOLUTION: The case 2 is constituted of a pedestal member 3 and a cover member 4, the member 3 is fixed to the backside of the substrate 6 by using pin terminals 10, and the member 4 is mounted at the member 3 while a surface of the substrate 6 is covered with the member 4. Thus, the case 2 can be fixed to the substrate 6 by using the terminals 10 each for connecting a circuit component 7 to an exterior. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
