PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for much more inexpensively and quickly addressing any necessity to change the design of an application whenever such change is indispensable. SOLUTION: When any situation arises where the specifications of an application program 3 should be changed, a language developing device 20 refers to specification data 24 indicating processing contents to be processed to input data 1 according to the change of the specifications, and generates a language 23 for updating the input data 1. A data updating device 30 prepares output data 2 by processing the input data 1 according to the language 23.
