<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-rotation device for a connector capable of effectively preventing relative rotation of a connector to a pipe body by installing the connector and the pipe body to a connecting body without using a bent part in the pipe body. <P>SOLUTION: This anti-rotation device 91 for a connector is composed of a C-shaped abutment plate 93 having a tightening recess 107, a tightening part 95 having a C-shaped cross section protruded from the abutment plate 93 in one axial direction, and a pair of anti-rotation plates 101 and 101 integrally provided with the tightening part 95. After an insertion side part of the pipe body is engaged into the tightening recess 107 and the tightening part 95, the tightening part 95 is contained in a retainer holding part 25 to be diameter-contracted in such a way that the anti-rotation plates 101 and 101 are inserted into an anti-rotation engagement recess 55 formed in the retainer holding part 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
