PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the window frame structure of a skylight preventing the splash of rainwater on an indoor side by suppressing the force of wind and rain blown indoors from outdoors through a drain hole 3 for draining dew condensation at a window frame, in strong wind and rain. SOLUTION: The window frame 1 comprises the drain hole 3 formed in the lower end of a rising plate 12 of a window frame member 1A to communicate a draining plate 11 disposed on the outdoor side from the rising plate 12, with a dew condensation receiving groove 13 disposed on the indoor side. A blow-in preventing member 5 for directly stopping the wind and rain blown in from the drain hole 3, by the front face of a back plate 5b is disposed on the inner end side of the dew condensation receiving groove 13 opposedly to the drain hole 3, and rainwater flowing down along the internal wall surface of the blow-in preventing member 5 is retained in the dew condensation receiving groove 13 through water through holes 5d formed in the lower ends of both side plates 5c, 5c of the blow-in preventing member 5.
