PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To encourage the spread of alarm devices, thereby reducing accident rate and human and/or economical losses for the whole society.

SOLUTION: Apparatus 1 for accepting insurance contracts includes a means 4 for calculating the support budget for installation of the alarm device according to an expected value of an insurance amount that can be reduced by the installation of the alarm device suiting an accident; and a means 5 for reporting to the applicant of the insurance contract the amount which the applicant should bear for the installation of the alarm device, based on the calculation result.
