摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve mechanism capable of performing an excellent opening/closing driving of a valve without generating inconvenience such as twist via a piston. SOLUTION: In this valve mechanism for an engine via a rocker bridge 3, a rocker arm abutting part 12 is formed on an upper end face of the rocker bridge 3. The rocker arm abutting part 12 is supported on an upper surface of the piston 6 elevatably fitted to the inside of a cylinder 5. An oil chamber 7 is formed on a lower surface of the piston 6 and a stopper 11a is provided to determine uppermost end position and lowermost end position of the piston 6. A guide pin 2 is elevatably inserted into a guide hole 3b. The guide pin 2 is provided with a pressure oil port 8 on the peripheral surface. A control port 9 is connected to the oil chamber 7 to face to a hydraulic port 8. A control valve is provided to switch and connect the hydraulic port 8 to a pressure oil supply means and an oil pan in response to an operation state of the engine. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
