FIELD: special building structures, particularly for bridge and elevated monorail railway construction. SUBSTANCE: bridge spanning structure or similar is formed of thin resilient sheet, which is integral along the whole length thereof. Sheet is prestressed by creating smooth profile relative vertical plane of symmetry. Sheet edges are superposed for closed structure, namely tunnel, forming. Tunnel has transversal members located into tunnel and spaced at regular intervals. The resultant profile is calculated from mathematical relation.
