PURPOSE: Provided are a method for preparing an aqueous solution of green algae elimination and a method for eliminating the green algae which are able to effectively eliminate the green algae using a mineral aqueous prepared by eluting natural mineral matter, prevent the secondary contamination and reduce the change of an ecosystem of water to a minimum. CONSTITUTION: The aqueous solution of green algae elimination is prepared by stirring a mixture of either illite or yellow earth, either sulfuric acid or hydrochloric acid and water in a weight ratio of 1:1.2:2 to 1:1.4:7 in a stirrer installed in a tank with keeping a reaction temperature of the tank at 85-90°C at 15-200 rpm for 4-6 hrs and filtering the stirred mixture through a filtering device being equipped with a filter mesh having a mesh size of 400. The method comprises steps of (a) spraying the aqueous solution of green algae elimination to water contaminated by the green algae; (b) cohering step where the green algae contained in water is cohered each other; (c) gathering the cohered green algae; and (d) separating green algae solid matter from water.
