PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to re-array the base station antenna without causing changes in the wave range, while allowing for ease of maintenance of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a direction observer(310) for matching a base station antenna to the observation point; and a direction support(320) coupled to the direction observer, and which supports the direction observer during the adjustment of the direction observer. The direction observer and the direction support cross with each other. The direction observer is a hollow cylinder type, and the direction support is constituted by two rectangular plates coupled with each other at a predetermined angle.
