PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform the purification of a relatively small amount of oil-polluted soil carried from a site where a gasoline stand or the like once stood, at a reduced treatment cost and to reduce the restriction of the installation place of a treatment apparatus for oil-polluted soil. SOLUTION: The treatment apparatus 1 for oil-polluted soil is equipped with a dryer 2 of an asphalt plant for drying and heating the oil-polluted soil introduced by a belt conveyor (conveyor) 3 by the combustion heat of a dryer burner 6 to evaporate and burn an oil component, a quantitative supply device (material supply device) 4 for supplying the oil-polluted soil to the belt conveyor (conveyor) 3, a magnet separator 5 for attracting and removing iron or the like from the oil-polluted soil transferred by the belt conveyor 3 and a cooling and humidifying means 8 for introducing the purified soil discharged from the dryer 2 through a mixer 17 into a cooling and humidifying mixer and mixing the purified soil with water supplied from water supply piping 51 under stirring to cool and humidify the same. The quantitative supply device 4 and the cooling and humidifying means 8 have wheels with a lock function (moving and fixing means) to be made portable. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
