PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry out replacement work of only a boot in a short time when the boot of a shaft of an automobile is torn, eliminate the need for assembly replacement of replacing the whole shaft, and reduce expense required for replacement. SOLUTION: The boot replacing device set for the automobile is provided with the shaft falling preventing device, the band fastening device 2, and the shaft connection auxiliary device. The shaft falling preventing device is provided with a fixed block which can be attached and detached with respect to the shaft of the automobile, a chain, and a hook. The band fastening device 2 is provided with a grip 20, a fixed blade part 21 and a movable blade part 22 cutting a band, and a winding part 23 and a locking part 24 pulling and fastening the band. The shaft connection auxiliary device is provided with a pressing part abutting from the outside on a snap ring attached to an attachment groove of the shaft, and an interval adjusting screw adjusting its interval.
