PURPOSE: An improved audio device and a device related to the audio device are provided to comprise a recess for detachably receiving an audio device and the first connector for electrically connecting with the second connector of the audio device to functionally connect a device with the audio device, so that an MP3 player can be connected to a speaker system. CONSTITUTION: A remote volume control unit(10) has a receiving portion having a shape of a USB port(14) where an audio device(12) can be detachably attached. The volume control unit(10) is interfaced with the audio device(12) through the USB port(14) embedded in the volume control unit(10). The volume control unit(10) comprises a volume controlling knob(18) for controlling an output volume of the audio device(12). The volume control unit(10) can be connected to a speaker unit, and comprises a recess(22) for receiving the audio device(12). The audio device(12) is substantially engaged in the recess(22).
