When a traveling state of the vehicle is in a stable state, required motive power P* set on the basis of accelerator operation of a driver is distributed to required motive power Pe* of the engine and required motive power Pm* of the motor (S130), and required powers Pm1* and Pm2* of the respective motors are set so that the the required motive power Pm* of the motor is efficiently outputted to the front-rear wheels.
