LASER LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE AND PHOTOGRAPHIC PROCESSING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high transfer efficiency of laser light between an optical fiber and an optical waveguide SHG element.

SOLUTION: A laser light emitting device is provided with a semiconductor laser element 1063 generating laser light of a specified wavelength, the optical waveguide SHG element 1066 generating a second harmonic of the laser light by using the laser light emitted from the semiconductor laser element 1063 and the optical fiber 106a disposed between the emitting side end part of the laser light source 1063 and the incident side end part of the optical waveguide SHG element 1066 wherein a distance between the optical waveguide SHG element 1066 side end part of the optical fiber 106a and the incident side end part of the optical waveguide SHG element 1066 is set to be a quarter to a half of the wavelength of the used laser light.
