PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-based spun-dyed fiber hardly causing hardening or the like of feeling by a dying finishing, having high strength and the feeling with soft and excellent flexibility, and deeply colored by a small amount of a dye or a pigment without staining a frame. SOLUTION: The fiber is a core-sheath-type conjugate fiber comprising a polylactic acid-based resin, and the polymer at the core part is spun-colored. Preferably, the melting point of the polymer at the sheath part is≥30°C lower than that of the polymer at the core part to form a binder fiber.
