PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a conductive connecting part in which a contact element is superior, and form the contact element to such a degree that abrasion of the conductive connecting part is evaded or at least restricted by rocking movement or vibration movement, and that a high frictional force is not generated in manufacturing a plug connecting part. SOLUTION: A pair of contact elements are used, a base alloy containing copper of these contact elements is covered by a tin layer containing oil on one side, and a surface layer composed of pure tin or silver is installed on the other side. Different from the surface of a pure tin surface plated by conventional flame tinning, the layer structure of the surface manufactured by using oil dispersion liquid has a thin, extremely homogeneous intermetal phase space which can be ignored. Minute voids in the boundary region are filled with oil or products of reacted oil in the case of this kind of surface covered material. Therefore, stress to induce peeling-off of the surface layer at loading is hardly developed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
