PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slot machine in which the irradiation light of a fluorescent lamp irradiating the variable display part of a variable display device that a player looks at most carefully is not made to flicker and developed colors are not substantially damaged by the influence of noise or the like. SOLUTION: Three fluorescent tubes 138a-138c capable of emitting light respectively in red, green and blue for irradiating the variable display part of a reel from the inner side of a see-through window are disposed at the upper position of the see-through window of the reel on the front surface door 3 of the slot machine. An inverter 124 for the fluorescent tubes connected to the fluorescent tubes 138a-138c is arranged near the arranged positions of the fluorescent tubes 138a-138c on the front surface door 3.
