PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device which is capable of preventing a cell region from increasing in area and reducing interconnect lines in number without reducing transistors in size. SOLUTION: Transistor groups Tr1a to Tr1d, Tr2a to Tr2d, Tr3a to Tr3d, Tr4a to Tr4d, Tr5a to Tr5d, and Tr6a to Tr6d composed of transistors arranged in parallel on a semiconductor substrate are formed, the same input signals A1 to A3 are inputted into each of the transistor groups, and the transistor groups are connected in parallel or in series to constitute a logic circuit.
