PURPOSE: A trunk lid opening and closing device with an emergency escape apparatus is provided to operate easily regardless of the position or the state of a person locked in the trunk by installing an operating unit in the installation position of the trunk latch part for directly interlocking, and to reduce the wrong operation by simplifying the structure. CONSTITUTION: A trunk lid opening and closing device with an emergency escape apparatus is composed of a base plate(10) fixed in a trunk lid(2); a fork lever(20) installed in the base plate and engaged or disengaged from a striker(4) of a vehicle body with turning to receive elastic supporting force for release by a spring(22); a crow lever(30) installed in the base plate, engaged or disengaged from an uneven groove(20a) of the fork lever for locking or releasing the fork lever with turning, and composed of an inclined surface(32a) of a driving arm(32) integrally formed in the outer periphery to the turning surface; and an operating part(40) fastened inside the trunk lid to release the fork lever by turning the crow lever with pressing the inclined surface of the driving arm.
