PURPOSE: A data driver of an organic electro-luminescent display panel and a driving method thereof are provided to transmit sequentially drive signals of a data driver to the organic electro-luminescent display panel by forming a data built-in circuit in the organic electro-luminescent display panel. CONSTITUTION: A data driver of an organic electro-luminescent display panel includes an organic electro-luminescent display panel, a data driver, and a plurality of data storages. The organic electro-luminescent display panel(40) receives a current signal and displays an image. The data driver(46) is used for supplying the data to the organic electro-luminescent display panel on the basis of the constant current. The data storages(48A,48B) are integrated on the organic electro-luminescent display panel in order to charge and control the constant current in response to the data of the data driver.
