PURPOSE: A garbage bag with tie strap is provided to completely bundle by hand working at once, thereby to ensure convenience of user and clean treatment of the garbage. CONSTITUTION: The garbage bag comprises front and rear vinyl sheets(11,12) having both sides and a bottom end closed while a top end being open as an inlet and attached with tie straps; top and bottom passages(14,15) divided by a connection line(13); top and bottom tie straps(16,17) inserted into the passages(14,15) except a part thereof to be exposed outside to tie up. Top end portions of the vinyl sheets(11,12) are folded by constant width to be tied up by the tie straps.
