PURPOSE: A preventing device of the leakage of foaming liquid is provided to improve the productivity by simplifying the assembling process, to prevent the leakage of the foaming liquid and to firmly fix lead wires. CONSTITUTION: A bush(20) is integrally formed with plural lead wires(40) to be penetrated through the center of the bush. The bush is formed by extrusion-molding a soft rubber around the lead wires. The bush is formed by the same material as the lead wires. Thereby, the productivity is increased, the production cost is reduced and the sealing efficiency is increased.
