PURPOSE: An energy recycling apparatus for a vehicle is provided to improve energy efficiency by using power for an air conditioner compressor or a generator with absorbing waste energy in stepping on the brake pedal, and to prevent wear of the brake lining pad by integrally rotating a wheel with an engine shaft with putting on the current supply switch in stepping on the brake pedal. CONSTITUTION: A current supply switch is installed on a brake pedal, and operated simultaneously in stepping on the brake pedal. An engine shaft is surrounded by a belt suspending wheel, and combined with the belt suspending wheel in supplying current to an engaging and disengaging unit of the belt suspending wheel. The wheel is rotated with the engine shaft by receiving rotational force through the belt. The current supply switch is separated from the brake pedal in releasing the brake pedal, and the wheel is disengaged from the engine shaft to rotate the engine shaft only. Recyclable power is obtained by driving the wheel connected to the engine shaft through the belt in stepping on the brake pedal.
