PURPOSE: A device for guiding operational speed of a clutch in a vehicle is provided to improve drivability and the durability of a clutch disk friction plate by preventing wear or impact of the clutch disk with operating the clutch quickly in stepping on the clutch pedal and slowly in releasing. CONSTITUTION: An operational speed guide device(22) of a clutch is composed of a link(26) installed in the end of a clutch pedal(24) by a hinge to transmit pedal effort with linear motion; a crank lever(30) connected to the link to turn, and composed of a first bevel gear(28); a driving gear(34) having a second bevel gear(32) engaged with the first bevel gear of the crank lever on the rotational axis to rotate; a driven gear(38) engaged with the driving gear to rotate, and composed of an operation trace groove(36) of the clutch cylinder; and a bearing shaft(44) combined with the operation trace groove of the clutch cylinder and installed in the end of the piston rod to move back and forth the clutch cylinder.
