PURPOSE: A system and a method for operating a board integrally, and a recording medium storing for the same are provided to integratedly operate boards at the same server, and upload the same questions and answers to at least one board of the same server at once. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a user terminal(100), the internet(200), the first web server(310), the first web page storage(311), the first transceiving module(320), the first board DB(331), the first expert data DB(332), and a host(400). The user terminal(100) connects to the first web server(310) or the host(400) through the internet(200), and uploads question at the board of each web site or host offered from the host(400). The first web server(310) provides a board stored at the first web page storage(311) to the user terminal(100). The first transceiving module(320) transceives questions or answers submitted at the web site board to the server(400) through the first web server(310). The first web server(310) uploads received questions or answers form the host(400) to the web site board. The first board DB(310) stores received questions or answers. The first expert data DB(332) stores an address of an expert who enables to answer to the question received from the host(400). The host(400) comprises the second web server(410), the second web page storage(411), a hub module(420), a DB I/O controller(430), and a DB(440). The answer form the expert is uploaded at least one board of the server.
