A main housing inserted inside a tubular element (11), has a nut into which a mating screw (21) is inserted. The mating screw inserted in the main housing, connects the tubular element to another element (12). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) modular structure comprising tubular element connected with another element; (2) method for insertion of insert to connect tubular element to another element of modular structure; and (3) apparatus for insertion of insert to connect tubular element to another element of modular structure.
