The device for the heating of rooms consists of a closed pipe system (2) for the transporting back and forth of water between a heater and at least one radiator. The device additionally includes an outside unit (1) of a split conditioning system with a heat pump connection. The outside unit is in functional communication with the water circuit of the pipe system and integrated directly into it via a heat exchanger (4). One side of the heat exchanger is allocated to cooling medium and the other side to heating water.
