The dispensing device (10) for fluids held in bottles which have a removable screwcap or crown cork has a tank (12) defining an inner cavity and for the holding of fluid which is fed from the bottles. The tank is constructed preferably in the shape of a cube and has two flat sides and side walls connecting the flat sides and formed at a right angle to them. Holes (22) are formed in the wall of the tank on the first flat side in an orderly arrangement, and in one side wall of the tank a tap (18) is fitted and in communication with the inner cavity. An independent claim is included for a system whereby the tank of a dispensing device is detachably fastened to a commercially available container to hold bottles.
