Human anti-ifn-gamma neutralizing antibodies as selective ifn-gamma pathway inhibitors

This invention provides antibodies that interact with or bind to human interferon-gamma (IFN-³) and methods for treating IFN-³ mediated diseases by administering a pharmaceutically effective amount of antibodies to IFN-³. Methods of detecting the amount of IFN-³ in a sample using antibodies to IFN-³ are also provided.
