PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a chart for MTF measurement and to precisely measure an MTF. SOLUTION: A chart apparatus 1 for MTF measurement emits the image of a chart to a lens to be inspected for measuring the MTF used as the quality inspection parameter of lenses. The chart apparatus 1 comprises a plurality of chart units 11 having the chart and a light source for applying light from the back side of the chart; and a plurality of arms 10 that fix the chart units 11 and are arranged crosswise on a plane orthogonally crossing an optical axis for arranging. In the chart apparatus 1 for MTF measurement, the chart units 11 are mounted to the arms 10 while the chart units can be freely moved in the diameter direction of the lens to be inspected.
