PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas exhausting piston machine, avoiding unnecessary additional energy consumption and unfavorable heating of pump components. SOLUTION: A suction opening 5 and an exhaust valve 7 are provided in a cylindrical stroke space 1. Gas exhaustion is performed by a piston 3 having reciprocating motion in the stroke space 1.
